With over 20 years of navigating the DC metro real estate market, I've built my business the old-fashioned way by actually knowing what I'm doing and never letting a client down. I have a soft spot for first-time buyers because there's nothing quite like walking someone through the process, demystifying the jargon, and watching it all click. I also love welcoming out-of-towners relocating to the nation's capital. I made that move myself from NYC, and I know how disorienting it can be to land in a new market. I'm the agent who will pull up the comps at dinner parties, explain exactly why a house is overpriced (even if everyone else is excited about it), and find a creative path forward when a deal gets complicated.
